- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase, and a note with your reason for the return or exchange.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
